Warehouse Worker/Dock Worker

Our client is hiring for their next Dock Workers to start work immediately in the Bathurst, NB area! This is a great company to join and there are many career opportunities for the right candidate.
As a Dock Worker, you would mostly be sorting, loading, and offloading packages, checking package labels, and checking for damages. Our client is looking for a keen team player, who works well in a busy environment and has forklift experience.
What We Offer
- $18 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
- Monday to Friday
- Monday (2.00am/3.00am to 10.00am/11.00am), Tuesday – Friday (4.00am/5.00am to 12.00pm), Actual schedule to be determined based on volumes
- Weekly pay, every Friday!

What You’ll Do
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location (up to 50lbs)
- Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced, team environment
- Understanding the importance of workplace safety
What We’re Looking For
- You must have Warehouse experience or related experience
- You must have CSA-approved safety boots (steel toe boots that cover your ankle)
- You must have a clean criminal background
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
