What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain staff and client-service schedules using scheduling software.
  • Communicate schedule changes with internal teams and external clients to support seamless operations.
  • Monitor daily coverage and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps.
  • Track and report scheduling metrics and performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate records for availability, time-off requests, and shift coverage.
  • Partner with department leads to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide timely follow-up so staff, clients, and leaders are informed of schedule updates.
Skills You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma, general education degree, Health Care related certificate, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in health care scheduling, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling systems, workforce planning, and time management principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); scheduling software experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and management.
