Lead Technician

• Salary:  $80k-100K annually

• Carry out on-site repairs at various locations in the HRM with occasional trips to PEI when necessary
• Complete regular checks on equipment according to weekly/monthly/annual schedules
• Prioritize repairs on car wash equipment to reduce downtime
• Aid in the installation of new car wash equipment
• Work with contractors when required
• Assist with training team members on repairs and maintenance procedures

• Must have a Class 5 License with a clear driver's abstract
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
• Previous experience as an electrician, plumber, superintendent, or millwright. A red real certificate or diploma is an asset. 
• Strong communication, team-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Flexible to travel between locations
