What You'll Do
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage products
- Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity and proper placement
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as required
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage prior to shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
What You'll Bring
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or forklift experience is considered an asset
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following Health & Safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and verify orders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
