Graphic Designer & Web Coordinator

Location: Summerstown, Ontario (On-site)
Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $60,000 annually + Profit Sharing + Retirement Plan

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Canadian distributor serving customers nationwide through e-commerce and business-to-business sales channels. Reporting directly to the Owner, this unique role combines graphic design, website maintenance, digital marketing, and customer support. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, technologically savvy, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do
  • Create, edit, and optimize product images using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Take product photographs and prepare them for website and marketing use
  • Upload and maintain website content, including images, product descriptions, and technical resources
  • Prepare and format PDF manuals, guides, and marketing materials for online distribution
  • Create compelling product descriptions that help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Design promotional flyers, email campaigns, and marketing content
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives using platforms such as Mailchimp or Moosend
  • Support the management and optimization of a substantial digital advertising budget
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with website updates, maintenance, and overall user experience improvements
What You'll Bring
  • Natural artistic talent with a strong eye for layout, branding, and design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, or similar)
  • Comfortable editing images, PDFs, and digital marketing materials
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
  • Familiarity with website content management and e-commerce environments
  • Experience with email marketing platforms is considered an asset
  • Ability to balance creative work with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and focused on achieving results
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is strongly preferred
