What You'll Do:

Manage and oversee all facets, roles and responsibilities of the retail operations, including staff scheduling, assuming roles and duties as required, sales, inventory, and resources management.

Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and promote training and development.

Train and oversee retail staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Set and achieve performance goals for sales, service, and operational metrics.

Strong systems management and computer skills.

Develop and implement retail sales strategies ensuring the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers while maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising.

Plan and organize promotional events to drive customer engagement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to resolve issues.

Prepare and control the store’s budget and inventory aiming for minimum expenditure and maximum efficiency.

Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure adequate stock levels by analyzing sales trends and inventory reports and forecasting demand.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, and legal requirements.

Regular scheduled management meetings, prepare goals and present reports on store performance, sales, and expenses.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current trends.
