Location: Summerstown, Ontario (On-site)
Work Type: Full-Time Contract
Shift: Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Salary: $50,000 per year

We are currently recruiting an experienced and customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for a growing wholesale distributor of garage door and gate automation products located in Summerstown, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building client relationships, providing solutions, and supporting customers in a fast-paced distribution environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer service, order processing, sales support, and business development while contributing to the continued growth of the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Process customer orders and inquiries accurately
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Recommend products and identify upselling opportunities
  • Serve customers at the parts counter as required
  • Maintain customer records and support ongoing account management activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
  • Assist with administrative and sales support functions as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment
What You'll Bring
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and French are required
  • Previous customer service, inside sales, or order desk experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order entry systems is considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
