What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Lead the location with energy, professionalism, and a strong guest first mindset
- Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences that drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the floor during peak service periods
- Oversee all food, beverage, and service operations with a focus on quality and consistency
- Develop service standards, training programs, and performance expectations
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members, promoting growth from within
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
- Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labour planning, and inventory control
- Drive business planning, operational improvements, and revenue growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross functionally to support marketing, events, and operational goal.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience
- At least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls
- Experience in restaurant and/or brewery-style operations (an asset)
- Experience opening a new restaurant or location (an asset)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory tools, and Google Workspace
- Food Safety Certification, Smart Serve, and WHMIS
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
