We're seeking a dynamic Senior UX Researcher to join our client's  team in Greater Toronto Area, ON. As a Senior UX Researcher  you'll help one of Canada's most trusted organizations work on the latest project, and be rewarded with great opportunities.

What We Offer:
Rate: CAD 50 per hr Inc.
Job Type/Shift: Long Term Contract

What You'll Do:
  • User Research: You'll perform generative and evaluative user research using a variety of methods in collaboration with other user researchers. You will help in the planning, execution, analysis and presentation of studies.
  • Analysis and Interpretation: You'll help analyze survey results and code test videos to assist the lead in making recommendations to project teams.
  • Testing: Conduct usability Testing.
  • Administration and Teamwork: You'll help maintain project status dashboards and maintain a repository of research to help build a body of knowledge that contributes to a user-centered design process.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years of UX research experience, with a proven track record of leading research projects for both web and app.
  • Research Skills: Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with hands-on experience in surveys, interviews, user testing.
  • Tools: Proficiency with UX research tools for user testing and behavioral analysis.
  • Communication: Strong ability to present research findings to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and prioritizing research efforts based on business needs.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development.
