We’re currently building a pipeline of reliable Production Associates to join our client’s team in Ingersoll. These positions offer a consistent day shift schedule with a 4-day work week, allowing you to enjoy a better work-life balance while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate production equipment and machinery while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Assemble, package, and inspect products with attention to detail
- Complete general labor duties, including lifting, sorting, and material handling
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required
- Communicate equipment concerns, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
