We are currently recruiting a reliable and hands‑on General Labourer to support the day‑to‑day manufacturing of industrial drilling fluid mixers and related equipment. This role is shop‑floor based and plays an important part in keeping production moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. It is
well suited to someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and learning multiple aspects of manufacturing rather than repetitive, single‑task labour.
What We Offer
- $20.00 per hour
- Day shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (no weekends)

What You’ll Do
- Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of mixer components and steel parts
- Read basic blueprints or drawings to ensure parts are produced or assembled correctly
- Measure, prepare, and handle materials required for fabrication
- Move raw materials and finished products around the shop
- Support preparation of products for final inspection and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively within a small, team‑based manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset
- Ability to read simple drawings or instructions
- Comfortable performing physical work and working on a shop floor
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and housekeeping
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
