We're seeking a Branch Manager to join our client's team in Winnipeg, MB.

What You'll Do:
- As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all branch operations, driving efficiency and profitability while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Direct day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth operations and financial success.
- Design and execute strategies to meet sales targets and operational objectives.
- Review operational dashboards daily for order accuracy, inventory levels, and invoicing compliance.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training and performance evaluations.
- Host daily huddles to share goals, promotions, and process updates.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Oversee logistics, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and facility audits.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper equipment training.
- Support additional tasks as needed, including warehouse assistance and customer service.
- Physical requirements: frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain forklift certification.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings, with extended standing periods.
