We are looking for a DZ Driver for a client in Oakville, ON who will be delivering and picking up products to/from clients. Area of deliveries is mainly located around GTA area including downtown Toronto.
Location: Oakville, 4-6 weeks temp assignment with possibility of extension
Work Hours: Day shift; Monday- Friday Start Time- 5:30 AM to 8 AM- 8-9 hour shifts
Starting salary: $26/HR. on payroll only
What you do:
- Operate an automatic straight truck with tailgate in daily bases.
- Drive vehicle safely to deliver each shipment in a timely manner to and from various sites in the
- Provide customer service support for deliveries.
- Must be comfortable to do hand-bombing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable to use a pump truck/tailgate when required.
- Must be comfortable stacking wine and alchohal products while delivering to restaurants
Who You are:
- Valid, incident free, DZ license and Clean Driving Abstract, Clean Criminal Record Check
- 3 years minimum DZ Driving commercial Experience. on a straight truck
- Must be okay with 4-6 weeks temp assignment with possibility of extension
- Thorough knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic laws
