We are currently seeking a candidate on behalf of our client, a well-established leader in material handling solutions recognized for its commitment to safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction. They specialize in automotive lifts and wheel service equipment, along with installation and maintenance services that keep operations running safely and efficiently.  This role is open to candidates in Halifax, Saint John, and Moncton, offering the opportunity to join a growing, service-focused organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide mobile service to automotive repair shops and dealerships throughout the Maritime, with day trips regularly and overnight trips bi-weekly.

  • Follow Occupational Health & Safety guidelines

  • Attend factory and local training sessions as required

  • Participate in ongoing development, mentorship, and on-site training

  • Perform inspections, servicing, and installation of automotive lifts and equipment

  • Complete service documentation accurately for billing purposes

  • Track and log work hours using company mobile systems

  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve service processes and efficiency

  • Identify potential sales and service opportunities (shops and dealerships)

  • Respond to customer service requests as assigned

  • Manage service van parts inventory

  • Participate in team meetings, including daily toolbox calls and improvement meetings

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean abstract

 


What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ideally a background in Automotive Mechanics and/or Millwright work

  • Strong English communication skills, reliable and trustworthy. 

  • Clean criminal background.
