o Lead inventory control and master data management activities, including SKU governance, inventory accuracy, coding structures, replenishment strategies, and Inventory optimization initiatives
o Monitor inventory performance, supplier service levels, and material availability through KPI reporting, inventory analysis, cycle counts, and continuous improvement programs to support operational efficiency.
o Develop and maintain inventory dashboards and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations to leadership on inventory health, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, supply chain, materials management, or operations within a custom manufacturing environment, low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
- Experience supporting or leading ERP/MRP implementations, inventory system enhancements, or supply chain process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory control principles, and material planning in manufacturing environments.
- Experience establishing and managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-in-Time (JIT), or other inventory optimization programs with suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience managing large SKU portfolios, inventory master data, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
