Administrative Coordinator
We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Moncton, NB area! This is a great company to join and there are many career opportunities for the right candidate.
As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, customer service, scheduling appointments and other clerical/administrative duties. Attention to detail will be key for this position.

As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, customer service, scheduling appointments and other clerical/administrative duties. Attention to detail will be key for this position.
CSA approved steel toe boots are required as you will be in the Warehouse area at times.
*Please note that the facility is not accessible by public transit, so you need to have a car or your own transportation. *
What We Offer
• $20 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00AM to 3:00PM
• Weekly pay, every Friday!
• Immediate Start
• Free WHMIS Training
What You’ll Do
• Making telephone calls and sending emails to centralized customer service
• Booking delivery appointments via phone and email
• Billing of accessorial/additional fees as required
• Maintaining group email boxes and answering queue calls when required
• Receiving calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons, logging and noting comments in pros
• Scanning, photocopying and faxing
• Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports)
• Auditing shipping documents for accuracy, correcting and reporting to supervisor as needed
• Understanding Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and reacting to and reporting non-compliance
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in the same or similar role is required
• Clean criminal background is required
• CSA approved steel toe boots are required as you will be in the Warehouse area at times
• Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation and customer service is beneficial
• Excellent computer skills (accuracy, MS products, Bringg, web-based programs such as TruckMate), and keyboarding skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Able to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, or individually as required
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Must be fluent in English, other languages are an asset
