Our client, a warehouse located in Perth, is looking for an experienced Returns Clerk to join their team.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $20.00 hourly
- Job Type/Shift: Full-time hours – Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with potential for overtime
- Fulltime permanent role
What you are doing:
- Mostly an office position within a Distribution Center environment
- You will oversee the returns process which involves inspections of returned shoes, credit processing, customer service, and documentation processing
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
What you need:
- Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with business computer applications
- Excellent computer skills with familiarity in all MS applications (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent phone manner with ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs. boxes, as necessary
- Clear criminal record required
- Highschool or equivalent required
- Previous experience within a similar role
