We're seeking a dynamic Scheduling coordinator to join our client's team in Winnipeg.

What You'll Do:
• Manage incoming client service requests via phone, email, or in person, gathering data on care needs, client information, and service details.
• Select and assign direct service staff based on client care needs and maintain all client and staff schedules using the scheduling tool.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to assess client satisfaction and recommend adjustments in service where appropriate.
• Perform general administrative duties including faxing, emailing, and reporting data as directed by the Clinical Director.
• Relay important updates to the Scheduling Supervisor, Branch Manager, Clinical Director and After-Hours Schedulers regarding new clients, service changes, and staff concerns.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare environment using a scheduling tool
• Understanding of medical terminology to accurately assess and document client needs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with experience handling client inquiries.
• High level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to resolve client and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office, scheduling, and tracking software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
