Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in Commercial and Institutional Construction to join our client's construction team in Bonnyville, Alberta and surrounding areas

What We Offer:  

• Salary: $120,000 to $145,000 annually  

• Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent  

• Benefits: 60% employer-paid medical and dental, company truck, performance bonus 

What You'll Do:  

• Manage special projects from initiation to close-out, typically valued between $5 million and $10 million 

• Lead client engagement, including meetings, reporting, and relationship management  

• Coordinate field operations, supervising foremen and junior site supervisors  

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and risk management  

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all phases of the project  

• Monitor quality standards and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For:  

• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in site supervision or field operations  

• Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget  

• Prior experience as a foreman or site supervisor; trade background in carpentry highly desired  

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills  

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders  

• Solid understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling tools  

• Proficiency in scheduling software  

• Willingness to commute between the Bonnyville office and project sites around Lac La Biche and Mallaig
