Construction Worker

What we offer:

• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience up to $25.00 per hour with a raise scheduled for October 2025.

• Working Hours: 7am-4:30pm may require occasional additional hours.

What you’ll do:

• Handle tasks such as abatement, digging trenches, pouring concrete, constructing outdoor structures, painting, and other general duties.

• Have a basic understanding of construction plans and drawings and be able to use various tools and equipment safely.

• Be knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of safety and construction-related tasks.

• Be organized, work well in a team, and excel in mentoring, motivating, and communicating.

• Performing basic inspections on equipment and safety PPE.

• Act polite and respectful towards clients, coworkers, and other trades.

What We’re looking for:

• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience

• Transportation to get from site to site.

• Ability to work a full week with the possibility of overtime.

• Recognize unsafe work practices and situations. Acts to remedy safety concerns effectively and correctly by complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
