Location: Perth, Ontario (On-site)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our client in Perth, Ontario.
This is a hands-on warehouse position that combines reach truck operation with picking and packing, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, and other material handling responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store and retrieve product
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Complete receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging and shipping activities
- Load and unload product as required
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete inventory transactions
- Verify products, quantities, labels and documentation
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages or other concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
- Support other material handling activities as operational needs require
What You'll Bring
- Previous reach truck operating experience
- Previous pick and pack experience
- Experience performing general warehouse and material handling duties
- Strong safety awareness and equipment operating skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
