Drake International is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing Industry for our client in the Milton area.
What we offer:

- Shifts: Continental Shift, 12-hour rotating schedule

What you will do:
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 production operators and technicians
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a zero-incident culture
- Oversee daily production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements
- Reduce downtime, waste, and improve operational efficiency
- Lead shift meetings and maintain accurate production and performance records
- Collaborate with leadership on training, development, and process optimization initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5 years in industrial or process manufacturing with supervisory experience
- Technical education or experience in production, mechanical, or chemical fields
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards
- Experience with Lean/continuous improvement tools
- Proficient in MS Office; strong leadership and problem-solving skills
