We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented E-Commerce Program Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce platforms, webstore builds, order processing, and inventory management on behalf of our client.

In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team and senior leadership to drive e-commerce sales, curate product offerings, maintain accurate web merchandising, and ensure seamless buying experience for corporate clients. If you are a self-starter who loves building webstores, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with a high-energy team, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do
E-Commerce & Web Merchandising
  • Build and manage corporate e-commerce stores within proprietary software and leverage advanced Shopify experience.
  • Oversee and execute accurate SKU setups, item data population, and web merchandising from sourcing to live deployment.
  • Coordinate graphic arts needs for web merchandise and regularly audit products to ensure relevance and visual appeal.
  • Maintain e-commerce platforms, process daily web orders, handle merchandise returns, and update platforms promptly when inventory is received.
Inventory & Reporting
  • Generate and analyze inventory and on-demand sell-through reports (via proprietary software) to track top-sellers, identify slow-moving stock, and forecast inventory needs.
  • Place and follow up on orders for inventoried merchandise.
  • Become a power user and internal expert on the features and capabilities of the proprietary e-commerce software.
Sales & Team Collaboration
  • Partner with account teams to support client goals, build creative e-commerce solutions, and hit sales and margin targets.
  • Stay current on trending products, services, and technologies, proactively researching and recommending creative new ideas to the team.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with platform providers, internal departments (Customer Service, Fulfillment, Sales), and corporate clients.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B e-commerce, web merchandising, or digital store management. Strong proficiency with Shopify is a key asset.
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a history of professional correspondence with corporate clients.
  • A self-starter with a positive, "can-do" attitude, high passion to succeed, and strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, maintain a business-casual appearance, and occasionally travel for vendor meetings or events.

Why Work with Us?
  • Be part of a growing, certified impact organization (B Corp, diverse-certified) servicing clients across North America with clear opportunities for career advancement.
  • Excellent medical and dental coverage, plus competitive vacation entitlement. Generous discounts on top apparel brand.
  • Work with top-tier, award-winning software encompassing CRM, order processing, e-marketing, business intelligence (BI), and real-time reporting.
  • An engaging, fun work environment featuring team-building activities and company social events.
