We are currently recruiting dependable and hardworking Assemblers for a growing Panel manufacturing operation in Smiths Falls, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a collaborative production team. Successful candidates will play a key role in the assembly of roof trusses while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards at all times.
What You'll Do
- Assemble panels using hand tools, saws, and production equipment
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Meet established production and quality targets
- Perform quality checks on completed products
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and workplace standards
- Assist in various departments as required, including outdoor work when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Report to work prepared and on time each day
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation to Smiths Falls worksite
