We’re seeking a detail-oriented Asset Categorization & Service Strategy Specialist (Inventory) to streamline their asset tracking and service processes. What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
- Asset Categorization: Organize and manage company & client assets using our internal system. Improve documentation and categorization for better tracking and reporting.
- Service Strategy Workflow: Develop and implement efficient workflows for asset management and service delivery.
- Software Utilization: Work extensively with asset management platforms to optimize processes.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with team members to drive improvements in asset management and service workflows.
- Customer/Facility Support: Respond to inquiries from customers, facility managers, and staff regarding products, services, and government processes.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, sales/service records, and reports.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports and collaborate with operations, service, and sales teams.
- Communication: Work across departments to ensure seamless processes and excellent customer experience.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales/service documents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in asset management and administrative roles
- Education: Secondary School required
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM & asset management software (Airtable experience is a plus!)
- Languages: French and English (spoken and written) required
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively
