- Shifts: Start Times at 5:00pm – 1:30am, Monday to Friday
- Start Date – ASAP on an ongoing basis.
- Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
- Appointment booking over the phone, email and face to face
- P&D driver check in, review paperwork
- Outbound manifesting
- Running reports, coding missed pickup
- Preparing Driver pay sheet
- Delivery manifesting, scanning bills of landing, enter skeleton billing information into system, booking appointments
- Collection of all outstanding dues
- Previous Transportation or operational Customs/transborder experience is preferred / TruckMate and AS400 definite asset.
- Must be proficient in WMS, MS office Suite
- Must have worked in a high paced and high transactional environment.
- Must have a clear Crim check.
