We're seeking a Loading Dock Assistant to join our client’s Logistics and Supply team in Acheson.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $16/hour
- Job Type/Shift: Part-time/ Flexible ongoing, 4:00AM – 12:00PM, 12:00PM – 8:00PM, 8:00PM – 4:00AM.
- Benefits: Hourly bonus and weekly profit-share bonus.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers at the loading dock.
- Use manual or mechanical equipment to move and stack freight.
- Check and count incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling and placement of freight to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock area.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documenting shipments.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and work flexible hours as needed.
- Criminal Background Check.
