We are currently recruiting for a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator with strong invoicing, reconciliation, and collections experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Controller and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely cash application, and well‑managed accounts receivable in a fast‑paced environment.

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: $22.00+ based on experience
  • Shift: Part time – 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling options)
  • Job Type: Potential to move to full time in the future

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, issue, and post Accounts Receivable invoices, including matching BEOs and supporting documentation
  • Perform daily revenue, cash, and credit card reconciliation
  • Record, post, and apply incoming payments accurately
  • Take a proactive, reminder‑based approach to collections and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain clean, accurate customer accounts and detailed AR records
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Escalate delinquent or complex accounts to the Controller as required
  • Issue customer statements according to schedule
  • Support month‑end activities, including AR accruals and cash float preparation
  • Participate in weekly and monthly AR / credit meetings, providing reports and follow‑up actions
  • Work within the M3 ERP system and use Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong experience with invoices, collections, and cash application
  • Experience with daily revenue, cash, and credit card reconciliation
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize accounts and maintain accurate, well‑organized records
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
