What You’ll Do:
- Manage the daily operations focusing on product handling, order fulfillment accuracy, and client service in accordance with established procedures.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and coach staff, promoting safety, cooperation, and accountability within the team.
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and additional machinery; perform equipment inspections and oversee maintenance coordination.
- Manage building materials from receipt to dispatch and ensure organized, clean, and safe storage.
- Assist clients with product and business inquiries. Resolve product or order issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, monitor inventory, and report issues.
- Provide staff with prompt and precise operations support and direction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leadership and team management is vital.
- Technologically driven with the ability to run the business from the data, developing into daily operations.
- Prior experience in construction is essential.
- Confidently operate forklifts and equipment (licenses preferred).
- Candidates must communicate effectively, stay organized, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Be driven by success, efficiency and team performance with the want to adapt and learn daily.
