We're seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to join our client's hospitality and conference services team in Cornwall, Ontario.
This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will benefit from a potential training overlap with the outgoing leader.
What We Offer
- Salary: Compensation is highly dependent on experience – $85,000–$90,000
- Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple food and beverage outlets, including Pub/lounge environments, Banquet & conference services, Restaurant and café outlets, In-room dining and additional on-site venues
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, multi-department F&B team while fostering a strong service culture.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, labor planning, and cost controls.
- Drive revenue growth through menu development, guest experience innovation, event execution, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, Culinary, and Operations to deliver large-scale conferences, galas, training programs, and special events.
- Uphold all health, safety, food service, and liquor regulations.
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and consistency across all venues.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience.
- Extensive background in large hotels, conference centres, or full‑service hospitality environments — this is essential.
- Experience leading multi‑outlet operations and high‑volume banquet or event facilities.
- Strong financial management, staffing, and operational leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Event or large-scale festival planning experience is an asset.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
