Our client, a well-established production facility serving growers and consumers, is known for maintaining efficient operations and high safety standards. We are seeking a reliable Production Line Worker to join their team.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $23.27 hourly to start.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 5pm–3:30am (regular shift) – Training will be completed on Day Shift 7.00am – 5.30pm
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate, monitor, and tend production line machinery in a safe manner.
  • Prepare and load materials for the packaging line (bags, soil, pallets, labels, etc.).
  • Inspect products for quality, removing any defective items.
  • Move packaged soil to designated areas using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist with minor equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting as directed.
  • Follow all company safety and quality policies, WHMIS guidelines, and use PPE correctly.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment considered an asset.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Able to regularly lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
  • Exposure to dust, noise, large equipment, and temperature variations (indoor and outdoor). PPE must be worn as required.
