Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et le français et avez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Laval.
What We Offer :
- Monday to Friday – hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- A competitive salary of $20

What You'll Do :
- Check that the vehicles are ready to be picked up
- Make sure that all transfer documents are filled out
- Validate fees if any
- Reach out to garages and insurance companies for confirmation
- Ensure that the vehicles are prepared for pick up
- Verify that all transfer documents are completed
- Record data into the system
- Perform other administrative tasks
What We're Looking For :
- You have an eye for detail because you know that the little things matter
- You have at least 6 months of experience in administration
- You have at least 6 months experience in a Call Centre environment
- You are fluent in English and French and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are a serious and dependable person
- You have basic computer skills (outlook experience is a plus)
