We are currently hiring for Dock Assistants in Cornwall to join our team. This opportunity offers flexible working days and hours and can be part time or full time with start times from 6.00am in the morning.

Reporting to our on-site office the Dock Assistant will play a key role in coordinating the daily management of incoming freight, offloading trucks with receivers.

What we offer:
  • Wide range of shifts
  • Both Full-time and Part time Salary: $18.50 per hour + 4% vacation
  • Opportunities for additional hours / work if wanted
What you do:
  • Assisting in preparation of freight, including labeling and offloading trucks
  • Loading/Unloading inbound trailers
  • Stack, wrap and sticker pallets according to proper procedures
Who you are:
  • Availability to work on a daily scheduling model
  • Ability to adapt to constant priority changes 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow verbal or written directions 
  • Ability to pass a criminal check 
  • Experience within a warehouse is considered an asset 
  • Sense of urgency and team player
