Drake International is on a mission. We are searching for a Sales/Recruitment Consultant to join our team.  We are building a thriving specialist permanent placement business across contingent and retained recruitment, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to help make it happen.

As a Permanent Placement Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and making successful placements in your vertical or territory. You’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus Commissions

  • Permanent Full time

  • Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical and dental


What You'll Do: 

  • Develop new business and generate job orders
  • Source and manage top-tier candidates
  • Present your most placeable candidates to employers
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence


What We're Looking For: 

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency
  • A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed
