Drake International is hiring Customer Service Clerks – Logistics industry – for our client in the Mississauga area.
What we offer:
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Should be flexible)
- Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing Contract)
- Pay Rate: $21/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Must be able to handle queue calls – answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Must trace and follow up on shipments as required.
- Pull exception report and monitor TLC accounts to ensure service is met or advise customers of any problems/delays with shipments.
- Confirm all delivery appointments.
- Assist drivers when required with their inquiries, complete an OS&D report and follow up on shortages and disposals.
- Complete rebills for customers and/or obtain third party billing authorizations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-years’ Customer Service experience in Transportation industry
- Experience with software TruckMate or AS400 is a definite asset.
- Must be proficient in MS Suite, Excel, Pivot Tables
- Must have worked in a high-paced and high transactional environment.
- Must have a clear Crim check.
