What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality expectations.
- Ensure all food is prepared efficiently, safely, and presented to high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, grills, fryers, ovens, and broilers.
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and proper food storage.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar food service role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and safe food-handling practices.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality, consistency, and proper portioning.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Food Safety Certification (required).
- Clear Criminal Record (may be required).
