We are a recruitment agency expanding our presence in Saskatoon, and we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help establish and grow our client base in the region.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 25 CAD Per Hour plus unlimited commission
- Job Type: Permanent
- Shift: Monday – Friday
What You'll Do:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to build a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
- Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals.
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Establish the company’s presence and brand in the Saskatoon market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment or service-based sales is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
