We’re looking for a friendly, organized Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations at a member-based resort community in the Pigeon Lake area. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality, resort, or customer-facing administrative experience who brings positive energy, strong organization, and a genuine commitment to member experience.
This is a stable, on-site position with variety, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.
What We Offer:

Salary: $21–$25/hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full-time, permanent, onsite

Rotation: 5 days on / 2 days off (will include weekends)

Work Environment: Friendly, community-focused resort setting

Support: Training provided for systems and processes
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for members, guests, and prospective buyers (phone, email, in person)

Manage incoming mail, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff

Maintain accurate member records, keys, vehicle window stickers, and licensing information

Support trailer viewings and respond to member requests during busy seasons

Prepare, collate, and distribute member communications and newsletters

Coordinate bookings for shared facilities and support community events

Maintain organized office records and assist with digitizing files

Support Board-related activities such as elections and documentation

Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoices, payments, deposits, and receipts

Support payroll administration (timesheets, employee records, submissions)

Maintain accurate financial and employee documentation for review and approval
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality, resort operations, member services, or a customer-facing administrative role

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, calm, and professional approach

High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office systems

Payroll, bookkeeping, or accounts experience is an asset

Local to the Pigeon Lake area or familiar with cottage/resort communities

Comfortable working a schedule that includes weekends

Reliable, organized, and community-oriented mindset
