We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker / Machine Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of parts and components according to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What we offer:

- Job Type – Temp to Permanent
- Standard business hours are generally between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. (From time to time it may be necessary to perform overtime work to meet customer requirements.)
- Pay is – $24/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and set up production and machine equipment as required
- Cut, roll, slit, and weld materials using hand tools and industrial machines
- Perform spot welding and press welding of panels and parts
- Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Minimize scrap through proper setup, attention to detail, and ongoing inspections
- Assist with packaging and shipping when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures
- Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Previous machine operating experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid math and numerical aptitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
