We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $17.50-$20.30 per hour
- Job Type/Shift: Full-time (Permanent and Temporary options)
What You'll Do:
- Respond to all incoming emails, chats, and calls withing service targets.
- Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.
- Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
- Work on multiple inquiries simultaneously to be effective.
- Ability to assess the tone and approach each call with empathy and compassion and ensure the customer is getting the support they need.
- Accurately gather and update client information into the system.
What We're Looking For:
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must have the ability to type 30+ WPM
- Experience in Tech/Financial/ Call Centre preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve proficiently.
- Proven experience managing customers in a compassionate and calm manner.
