Production Analyst (Manufacturing)
We are currently recruiting for a highly analytical and collaborative Production Performance Analyst to support plant‑level decision‑making through data, reporting, and performance insights. Reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with finance and production leadership, this role plays a key part in driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: 71,400.00 -107,200.00
- Schedule: Full‑time, day shift – Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: Contract 12-18 months

What You’ll Do:
- Compile, consolidate, and analyze actual production performance data against budget and forecast
- Ensure accurate tracking and integrity of production KPIs, including efficiency, waste, and output metrics
- Prepare monthly performance reports, variance analyses, and trend summaries for plant leadership
- Oversee inventory tracking and support reconciliation between production and financial data
- Collaborate with production, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives
- Support the Plant Manager with analysis, forecasting, reporting, and special projects
- Participate in annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting from a production performance perspective
- Work closely with business partners and senior financial performance analysts to align operational and financial insights
- Contribute to production planning, capacity analysis, and forecasting model updates
- Support customer quotation activities, including performance testing, speed, and production lineup inputs
- Participate in research and development initiatives related to process improvement and new product introduction
- Supervise and support production information analysts and technicians
- Perform other related duties as required to support plant performance and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production analysis, or performance‑focused role
- Demonstrated experience supervising or guiding team members
- Strong understanding of production processes and the interdependence of manufacturing performance factors
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into meaningful operational recommendations
- Commitment to maximizing efficiency while maintaining product quality
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively across production, finance, and management teams
