The Role: Forklift Operator
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload trucks and warehouse materials.
• Safely stage, organize, and transport products within the warehouse.
• Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete inventory counts, daily logs, and shipping/receiving documentation accurately.
• Load and unload LTL and cross-dock freight in a timely manner.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
• Support general warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
• Must hold a valid forklift certification.
• At least 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean criminal background.
• Cross-dock, LTL, and material handling equipment experience are considered assets.
