We are currently recruiting for Production Operators as a food packaging manufacturer located in Summerstown, Ontario. 
In one of these positions, you would ensure the machine is in good repair and is safe to operate to manufacture the standard output in the required time and achieves our quality specifications.


What We Offer: 

  • Salary:  $24.34 per hour – with shift premiums for Afternoon and Nights

  • Job Type/Shift: Full time – Shifts available are: Afternoons (3.00pm – 11.00pm) and Nights (11.00pm – 7.00am)


What You'll Do: 

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production. 

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. 

  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. 

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. 

  • Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. 

  • Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance procedures. 

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 

  • Transportation is a must in order to get to and from the job site.
