The Role: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Lead
In this role, you will spend most of your time coordinating ESG initiatives across global operations, supporting sustainability reporting, monitoring regulatory developments, and driving ESG-related programs and action plans. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ESG objectives are embedded into business operations while maintaining high standards of compliance, transparency, governance, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- 5-8 years of ESG, sustainability, compliance, risk management, or related experience
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, HVAC, engineering, clean technology, or similar sectors
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex ESG requirements into practical business actions
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management capabilities
- ESG certifications (GRI, ISSP, FSA, or equivalent) and enterprise risk management experience considered assets
