Our client, a North American leader in the snack food manufacturing industry needs help during their busy season starting right away! We are seeking Production Workers to work at their production plant located in Brockville.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $22.52 per hour plus 4% vacation pay 
    • $1.00 per hour shift premium for night shift
  • Starting right away, offering temporary ongoing weekly assignments based on the client’s needs
  • Working hours: 12-hour shifts either day or night shift are available 7-7
  • Additional Perks: Flexibility to work and be scheduled weekly based on your availability
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain a clean work environment by following food and workplace safety procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Maintain production line operational by assisting line operators with process problems, making equipment adjustments;
  • Ability to rotate and learn different areas of the production line/multiple lines including a variety of product production;
  • Relieve team members as needed (breaks, lunches, absent team member, vacation);
  • Maintain a positive, respectful and open communication with team members;
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Clear criminal record
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts with flexibility as the shifts are reconfirmed weekly
  • Previous manufacturing and Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production is preferred;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment and learn multiple positions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and effective communication with peers, supervisors;
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solving;
  • Basic math and computer skills;
  • Excellent manual dexterity;
  • Strong physical endurance;
  • Ability to stand; walk; for long periods of time;
