We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in a fast-paced logistics and delivery environment. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations through administrative, customer service, and basic accounting tasks. It is a temporary opportunity with strong potential for long-term or permanent employment.
What you'll do

Reception duties, including answering phones and responding to emails

Processing payments and basic invoicing (Excel-based systems)

Assisting with payroll processes (as required over time)

Sending documentation (e.g., bills of lading) to clients
