Drake International’s Winnipeg Branch is looking to hire their next SUPERSTAR Recruitment Consultant to assist with the flex staffing recruitment desk. With exceptional verbal and interpersonal presentation and negotiating skills, you will provide recruitment services for skilled and unskilled labour for Light Industrial, Warehousing and Supply Chain and Logistics.

What You'll Do:
- Flex staffing and permanent recruitment when required.
- Prepare and post position descriptions and advertisements.
- Collect and screen potential applicants, arrange interviews and required testing while continually building candidate inventory.
- Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, defining client business requirements, developing and expanding client relationships, and managing ongoing engagements.
- Responsible for managing the recruiting process through an existing database; networking, contacts, advertising campaigns and direct recruitment.
- Strategize with your team to accomplish branch and personal growth goals.

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Creative, innovative, and results-oriented problem solver.
- Client-centric and able to build strong working relationships.
- Exceptional organization skills, multi-task oriented, and efficient in time management.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
