A growing construction contractor specializing in restoration and rehabilitation projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its Ottawa team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while working on complex commercial and institutional projects throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Review estimates, budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, and project reporting.
- Drive successful project delivery across schedule, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of estimates, project financials, and project execution.
- Experience in commercial, institutional, or general contracting environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A driven, team-oriented professional who wants to grow into larger leadership responsibilities.
Experience with restoration, concrete rehabilitation, parking structures, building envelope, or high-rise projects is considered an asset, but the company is prepared to invest in the right individual with the right attitude and ambition.
