What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $21.06/hr plus 4% vacation pay and paid every Friday
- Afternoon shift premium – $1.50/hr
- Schedule You’ll Love: All Shifts Available
- Dayshift: Monday to Fridays 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursdays – 3:30 pm – 12:30 am & Fridays 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating high‑quality parts that keep our clients’ operations running smoothly. Your day will include:
- Operating a small assembly machine.
- Very light production work
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Reporting any quality concerns to your team leader
- Following all health and safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for motivated individuals who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- The ability to work safely and follow Health & Safety guidelines
- A commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
- Reliability, great attendance, and dependable transportation
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady work pace
