What You’ll Do:
- Assemble, inspect, and service mobility and accessibility equipment
- Prepare, load, and deliver customer orders safely and efficiently across Ottawa area and eastern Ontario.
- Provide on-site customer service during deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and vehicle
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customer service and sales teams
- Load/unload vans and lift items up to 45 lbs. (team assistance available)
- Communicate via email and mobile phone regarding orders and updates
- Perform basic documentation and paperwork for deliveries and repairs
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for communication and coordination
- Assist with equipment rentals and ensure accurate, timely delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in a commercial driving, service, or delivery role (required)
- License/Certification: Full G Driving License and clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; friendly, self-motivated, and reliable team player; strong organizational and time management skills; comfort using basic computer programs; bilingualism is an asset
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up-to 45 lbs. and willingness to travel (50% preferred)
